Medium to full bodied, structured, and complex on the palate, ripe cranberry and red currant jam with dried herb stems, fall leaf, forest floor, dried mushroom, cedar, and slate, with a lingering finish with a tannic bite. Pair with steaks of any kind, rustic stews, or bolognese.
